I have never felt that my granite countertops were polished the way they should have been. There was an unevenness that probably not another sole noticed but me. I have been using several products from Countertop Specialty including the MB Stone and More Cleaner and the MB Stone shine, I have been happy with them, but I recently discovered the Granite Polishing Kit and ordered it.

After I read the instructions, I was skeptical about being able to do it myself. I am 75 years old and not very adept at using a drill. I think I drove Ryan In Customer Service crazy for several days with questions. After a few days of procrastination, I conquered my fears and I got out my drill and followed the instructions to the best of my ability. A skeptic no more!! My countertops now look exactly the way I thought they should look from the beginning. i am super impressed with the product, and so happy I purchased it.

I am just as impressed with the customer service I received from Ryan. True, old fashioned customer service is becoming a lost art. Countertop Specialty has perfected it. Thank you, Ryan! You have a very happy customer.

I got the product. I was skeptical to say the least. I fully expected to try the product then order a new countertop. Much to my surprise and delight, the product worked as advertised. I waited a long time to ensure it wasn’t a fluke. The countertop came back like new. I suspect I caused the problem with the marks because of the products we were using during covid.

Anyway, your product worked as advertised and I am a happy guy.
