Green Bloom Glue Stain Remover Kit
TeBlossom Granite & Marble Green Bloom Glue Stain Remover Kit removes the blue-green glue stains that sometimes arise during or shortly after installation of marble & granite countertops.
The kit specifically targets this unique type of natural stone stain. Using a 2-part system and applied similarly to a poultice the kit chemically pulls the stain out of the stone.

What is the cause of Green Bloom?
In rare cases, stains can arise on the surface of newly installed granite & marble countertops. The exact cause is not identified and occurrence is unpredictable, however, it is thought to result from a chemical reaction involving certain elements within the stone, and activators or accelerants used along with the adhesive for gluing the slab to cabinets or used within seams.
Known as "Green Bloom" or "Blue Blossom" or "California Blossom" these stains are usually green, but can be blue or gray. Most commonly they are seen along edges, around sink and cooktop cutouts, and as dark circular spots forming a regular pattern over the center of the countertop.
Green Bloom stains are difficult to remove as they run through the full thickness of the slab. Most green bloom stains are successfully removed with this kit, however, repeated treatment is usually necessary. In a small percentage of cases, the stains may be permanent and replacement is the only option.
